Pretty awesome day, surprising on all ends. Between sitting around playing Minecraft and going out to eat chinese food, in the mail I received my Maryland state ID. I've been 21 for a month now so you can understand my excitement. Also flying on planes wont be a bitch either. I went to the DMV two days ago so having it delivered so quickly was a great surprise. Secondly, Yelena and I both got into the Society of Illustrators student competition this year! Along with other well deserved winners from MICA.On another note, walking back from the chinese restaurant I saw a sign around the Superfresh area in Baltimore that looked like "BICA," I made a joke that it was MICA's competitor school: "Baltimore Institute College of Art."
Congragulations man! It's just the start of many more successes down that paved road of chinese food and art.
